The Lunar Operations Navigation Port is a demilitarized zone on the dark side of the Moon. For decades it has been utilized by high ranking Space Force Commanders, serving as a rest stop before going further into the galaxy. This area of the Moon was also designed as a traffic control center for halo orbit rendezvous. The Command Post also includes a Sub Frequency Observatory to detect Black Holes within the Milky Way galaxy. Sub sonic tones are produced & controlled via fiber optics to create a zero point energy source. Duplication of these tones are unobtainable. Random codes & sub sonic waves are aimed towards the center of the Black Holes. Holographic bits of data are then recorded and stored into the ether for future observance.
